One of the best ways to start is by visiting a local community center, where you'll likely find a group suitable for your needs. Or, if you have private health insurance, you might be eligible for a gym membership as part of a mental health care plan.


10. Take a Bath

Taking a bath is an excellent way to calm your mind and body. It can help with stress, fatigue, pain, and mood, explains Gladd.
